AmeriPlan is a reduced fee-for-services plan, NOT insurance. Members pay reduced fees at the time they receive their services from our providers. Our services include dental care, vision care, prescription drugs, chiropractic care, physician visits, hospital advocacy, ancillary, and hearing care and start at $14.95 a month.
